The Manage component is how school counselors support and organize the school counseling program.
Use of Time
As your school counselor, 80% of my time is spent on direct and indirect services to the students of Coolidge High School. ASCA recommends I keep track of my time through a Use of Time Calculator twice a year to ensure my main focus throughout the day is helping our students.

Advisory Counsel at Coolidge High School
Anyone who is invested in our student and has their best interest at heart should consider the Advisory Council. This council ensures that all stakeholder's voices are heard. This group gives suggestions on what is working and not working with the counseling program. This even includes advocating for resources and funding so that our students can have the very best. Here we will review data and discuss the goals of the school counseling program as well.
We will meet October 28th, March 31st, and June 4th at 5pm in the teacher's lounge.
